Because our services are structured around professional consultations, custom web development, and digital campaign execution, our refund and cancellation operations follow strict industry-standard protocols.

Please review our policy thoroughly before onboarding or purchasing any professional growth audits.

1. DIGITAL MARKETING & CONSULTATION SERVICES

Execution Strategy: All professional services—including E-Commerce Web Architecture setup, Meta Ads Management, 3-Stage SMM Funnel Design, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)—are service-oriented and labor-intensive digital deliverables.

Non-Refundable Policy: Once work has commenced on your digital infrastructure, web development wireframes, or custom ad campaign setup, fees paid are 100% non-refundable. This is due to the non-retrievable nature of digital marketing assets and professional consulting hours invested.

2. SERVICE CANCELLATIONS

Project Pauses & Terminations: Clients retain the right to cancel or pause ongoing digital marketing retainers or monthly ad management services

]Notice Period: To successfully pause or cancel an active marketing contract, a formal written notice must be submitted via email at least 14 business days prior to the next billing cycle.

Completed Deliverables: Any development or advertising milestones completed prior to the cancellation notice will be billed in full according to the project roadmap constraints.

3. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & ADVERTISING BUDGETS

Ad Spend Adjustments: Please note that GrowthScale Marketing does not control or process payments for third-party platforms. Any capital spent directly on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, premium hosting solutions, or specialized automation webhooks is processed by their respective platforms and is completely non-refundable by our agency
